Aku kenal this writer through his films Shawshank Redemtion and The Green Miles. And these two films were box office and a very good movie. Especially Shawshank Redemtion. Semua cerita dia mesti heavy drama and slow. kalau orang tak sabar memang dah lama belah. Lain pula dengan aku sebab aku suka sangat dengan movie yang slow cam ni.

Ok back to this book. Macam biasa, aku mula baca masa aku on the way balik ke sini. Baru semalam aku dapat habiskan cerita tersebut. Boleh kata tiga minggu aku termengah mengah habiskan cerita ni. Cerita memang slow. Asyik cerita pasai paninting aje most of the time. But towards the end baru lah terserlah cerita yang sebenar. Jenuh jugalah nak habiskan dan faham cerita ni betoi betoi. Writer ni memang suka pada cerit cerita horror dan suspen. Lain pula dengan cerita yang di karang oleh John Grisham. Kalau baca buku memang best tapi apabila di adaptsi menjadi movie tak berapa best pulak macam cerita The Client. Rasa banyak acts yang di potong. Tak sedetail dalam buku.

Anyway ada banyak agi buku buku yang perlu aku habiskan ni sebelum aku kembali ke Malaysia. Masa memang padat walau pun duduk sorang sorang aje di dalam bilik.
