Today"s Lunch


Semalam aku masak kari sardin. Lama sangat tak makan kari sardin ni. Aku masak kari ni special skit. Kira rasa memang original Tamil Nadu la. Nak tau apa ingredients dia? Ok cuba nengok kat bawah.

fish curry powder
halba campur
daun kari atau kari pule
asam jawa
santan ( seba tak ada aku gantikan milk)
Garam secukup rasa
bawang besar
bawang putih
2 canned of sardins

caranya mudah saja. First fry the sliced onion and garlic together with mixed fenugreek and kari pule until brown. Introduce fish curry powder and add on some water to moist the powder and wait until you can scent the fragrance. Finally add milk and wait until boil. When everything is ok put the sardin and wait for 5 minutes and ready to serve.

Semalam dah makan kenyang tapi hari ni nampak ada lebih dan macam best sangat kari yang aku masak tu so belasah aje dengan roti. Lepas tu apa lagi....tido lah macam ular sawa. Bangun saja jam dah pukul 2.30 petang.
