Pilau Rice

I cooked seafood pilau rice last night as shown in the picture above. It is not difficult to prepare as simple as ABC..hehehehe. What you can do is, prepare the spice for the curry. You can buy a ready made briani curry powder or use your talent to mix the spices to your own judgment. You fry the cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, ginger, garlic and sliced onion. Once they turned brown put the mix spices or briani powder and leave for few minutes until the aroma smell released. Pour water and meat or any selected seafood. Wait to boil and cooked. You also can add bay leaves if you have them.
.
Put basmati rice in the rice cooker and pour the curry inside. The amount of curry must be one and a quarter to the amount of basmati rice. You can use a cup or a bowl to measure. Please separate the curry from the meat/seafood from the curry. You can keep on heating the meat together with the remaining curry until it thickened or dried but not the seafood because they would easily become too tender. When the rice is cooked, just spread the meat/seafood in the rice cooker and stir them well.
.
Now you can enjoy your marvelous meal.
